For pleasure, business, brunch, luncheon or dinner, our facility has been designed to accommodate up to 250 guests. Included are the following:

Catering Policies

Deposit -  A deposit of $750.00 is required at the time of booking.  This reserves the date for our facility and catering service.  We can not reserve the date without a deposit.  Deposit becomes non-refundable five business days after booking your event, unless we can schedule another party of similar value for the particular date.  Inquire about special rates for weekdays and Sundays.

Security - If Security is required for the event, arrangements will be made through La Casa Bella party Center, with the Oakwood Village Police Department at prevailing wage. (additional charge)

Guarantee - The menu needs to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. The final payment is due 7 days before the event. Additional guests will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance.  You will be charged for the final guaranteed guests, plus any additional guests, per our count. Saturday bookings from June through October require a 100 person minimum.

Linen and China - White linen napkins are included. Colored linens are available for an additional charge. Skirting is supplied on all serving tables. We have full china, glassware and flatware service.

Equipment - Microphones and podiums are available at no extra charge.  For additional equipment, please inquire.

Event Hours - The hours for the event will be determined upon the size and type of the event.  Events over six hours are subject to $125 per half hour.

Bar Service - Full bar and beverage service available with (1) bartender per every 100 people. Fully insured liquor and product liability.

Food Service - All food is prepared on premises by our exclusive caterer, D & R Catered Affairs. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients.  No food will be permitted to leave the premises. We do not allow any outside food or beverages.

Table Settings - La Casa Bella Party Center will use their own discretion on the number of guests per table.  We use round tables for seating unless otherwise requested.

Rose Room - The Rose Room is available for parties up to 60 people.

Tax and Gratuities - All prices include Ohio Sales Tax & gratuity.
